Revisor

This tool highlights words and phrases of concern in writing, such as adverbs, verbs turned into nouns, weak words, passive voice, and negative phrasing. None of these are bad to use, but I've found that clusters of them tend to highlight places where I can improve the text by revising, and minimizing how many are present (within reason) usually makes the text stronger. The margin notes on the right indicate the paragraphs that could use the most attention.
